Payment:  We accept cash and cheques, and are currently working out credit card payment. 

New accounts:  payment required at time of order.

Existing accounts:  payment due within 30 days.

Sales Tax: All Canadian orders are subject to GST and in British Columbia, add PST.  If you are PST tax exempt, please let us know

Cancellations:  Orders cancelled after print production has begun will be billed, payable in full, and non-refundable. 

Turnaround Time:  Most digital orders are ready within a couple days of proof approval, unless there are additional services required.  If you have a rush order, please let us know.  Allow up to 2 weeks for offset printing, as printing is done on gang-runs in order to give you the best savings.

Proofs: We will email you within 2 business days of your order with a proof or we will contact you if there is information missing.  Please contact us if you have not  heard from us within 2 business days.

There are 3 different proofs:

            -PDF Proof (sent by email, always free)

            -Black & White printed proof (by fax, always free)

            -Printed colour proof ($10 each, free delivery in Vancouver)
